Across the United States, health coaches frequently serve as the first trusted professional when individuals begin asking questions about metabolic health, hormones, fatigue, aging, or body composition. These conversations often lead to medical evaluation and treatment. Despite the role coaches play in initiating these pathways, the economic attribution attached to those introductions has historically been informal and poorly documented.
The Monetize MD Aggregation Exchange was designed to formalize that transition.
The Exchange functions as a commercial attribution and revenue governance layer connecting the coaching environment and the clinical environment. It does not practice medicine. It is not a franchise system. It is not a conventional affiliate network.

Lifestyle service providers influence behavior and originate client relationships. Licensed clinicians diagnose and treat within the regulated healthcare system. These two environments have always been connected in practice. They have rarely been connected through governed infrastructure.
Monetize MD operates the administrative clearing infrastructure that records attribution and governs settlement between these environments. We do not practice medicine. We do not deliver lifestyle services. We operate the system that documents what happens between them.
Monetize MD does not direct, incentivize, or influence any clinical decision. The platform records the administrative origin of commercial relationships and governs settlement. All clinical judgment remains exclusively with licensed providers.
ATTRIBUTION LEDGER
A Governed Ledger. Not an Informal Agreement.
Each qualifying relationship is recorded and time stamped within the platform attribution ledger. The system validates the origin of the relationship according to predefined attribution rules. Once validation occurs, the allocation position associated with that relationship becomes fixed within the ledger.
This architecture replaces the ambiguity that often exists in informal partnership environments where attribution becomes unclear, percentages shift over time, and payment timing lacks documentation.
Monetize MD does not compensate individuals for influencing medical decisions. The platform records the administrative origin of commercial relationships between lifestyle service providers and licensed clinical organizations and administers settlement according to governed allocation rules.

ARIZONA
Founding Phase
Arizona currently operates under a Founding Phase model. Twenty founding participation seats exist statewide.
These seats provide early access during the initial scaling period. They do not convey equity ownership, territorial rights, or clinical authority.
As participation expands, provider leverage increases through centralized aggregation while allocation discipline remains constant across the system.
